The Essence Soap Company was founded in 2015 by our president Valerie Henderson. Since its founding, the company employs an extensive number of scientists, engineers, businessmen, and marketers. These individuals work together in order to conduct research, improve society including achievements the Essence Soap Company will gain throughout history.
Our company mission is to give our customers quality soap that reflects our deep interest and respect for nature. We value customer satisfaction enormously and strive to always meet the needs of the customer. With the Essence Soap Company’s ambition, our aim is to encourage individuals to buy our lavender soap product and recognize its qualities. Therefore, qualities that are emphasized such as the scent, texture or even its effectiveness. |
Mission Statement and Goals The Essence Soap Company’s mission statement is to formulate soaps that are of good quality. We strive to make soaps that are suitable for each and every skin type out there. With the use of our ingredients, our soaps are able to clean well while providing a light and rustic vanilla scent. The Essence Soap company provides great and friendly service to all their customers while valuing their opinions and suggestions as well. The Essence Soap company also provides their employees with a friendly and safe environment. We take in the concerns and suggestions of our employees so we can further improve our soaps, and ensure our customers are satisfied with our products. Our products are superior in scent, texture, and the soaps' effectiveness as a cleaner. As a company for the Ewa Beach community, promoting great concern for the effective yet simplistic use of Essence Soap Company's products is considered the main goal in a holistic approach. Due to responses of customers and abiding to the regulations of the OSHA, FDA, and EPA regulations, reaching that understanding is necessary for completion. Without it, the production of the soaps aren't fulfilled to the standards of being "clean, pure, natural". In order to fully gain the support of future customers, the breakdown of how the science and engineering departments developed the products can be elaborated in further detail. Referring to the handling of chemicals, the soap disposal process abides to the regulations because every member in the lab completed a safety quiz prior to their entrance. Additionally, the occasional updates throughout the work days promote a further understanding and repercussions if violations were performed.
